This standard applies to sauces made using edible vegetable oils, water, with the addition of one or more ingredients from the range: spices, spices, acidulants, chopped vegetable, fruit or other fillers, as well as with the addition of emulsifying, stabilizing components, preservatives , flavors and other food additives. Sauces are intended for direct consumption as a seasoning for salads and various dishes, for use in cooking and catering.
