This standard applies to rectified ethyl alcohol produced from various types of grains, potatoes, sugar beet, raw sugar, molasses and other sugar and starch containing food raw materials (with the exception of fruit and berry), and obtained by treating the alcohol brew or rectifying ethyl alcohol - raw material, and also head fraction of the ethyl alcohol received by production of alcohol from food raw materials

Настоящий стандарт распространяется на этиловый ректификованный спирт, вырабатываемый из различных видов зерна, картофеля, сахарной свеклы, сахара-сырца, мелассы и другого сахаро- и крахмалосодержащего пищевого сырья (за исключением плодово-ягодного), и получаемый путем брагоректификации спиртовой бражки или ректификации этилового спирта-сырца, а также головной фракции этилового спирта, полученной при производстве спирта из пищевого сырья
